NEW PATIENTS
If you are likely to be living in the community for over three months it may be in your interest to enrol with us. You will be asked to complete an Enrolment Form to enable us to record details such as your address and date of birth. If you are transferring from another GP you will need to provide us with their name and address. Please note that due to our busy workload, we will only see enrolled patients.
Scripts
If you require a repeat script please contact us before 11.00 am.
Remember that Lumsden Pharmacy no longer has an on-site pharmacist so it will take longer for your script to arrive. Therefore please allow at least 48 hours for the script to be dealt with (and don't forget to allow for extra time at weekends and holidays).
