of the business, staff and day to day running of the practice. Rachel is a member of PMANZ (Practice Manager Association of NZ) and is also the Complaints Officer as well as the Privacy Officer. Rachel is also a Foundation Standards Assessor and Quality Improvement Assessor for the Royal NZ College of GP’s.
